This is a great dealership! Bought a previously owned car and had a trade in . They made it a breeze all the way through finance. Big shout out to Alexa 1st contact and Rex for helping to finalize things and get set up before I left and great follow up after the sale as well. Would definitely recommend these folks!
My sister’s 2017 Traverse have been in and out of the shop. They can’t fix the transmission shudder. She extended the manufacture’s warranty and they have replaced a lot of parts but still didn’t fix the problem. She has emailed the owner and zero response. Their excuse now for not taking in the vehicle is that they don’t have any rental cars available, it’s been 2 weeks now. She will be contacting GM headquarter to report the dealership for their incompetence. She will be getting a lawyer next.
