Rex and the rest of crew at Silveira were more than helpful! They had just what I was looking for on their lot. They were very helpful in trading in my vehicle and getting me through all the paperwork. It was a very easy and quick process.
I was 59 yrs old when I was shopping for a car 2 yrs and 3 mo ago. I went to Silveira Sonoma Chevrolet in good faith, honesty and total transparency looking at a 2014 Chevy Cruze. A complete disappointment from the buying experience until this very day owning this lemon of a vehicle. I asked 3 times to test drive the car and for an accident report and I was basically ignored. Always a great experience at Sonoma Chevy
Wow! What an amazing experience I had buying a car. First time in 30 years. Everyone was so nice, there was no back-and-forth between the salesman and the finance people, finance came out and talk to me directly told me my options even the service manager came out and introduced himself. They earned a lifetime customer with me, best experience ever.
WOW!!!! This is now my go to for a car purchase. After 40 years of dreading buying a car, that ½ day sitting while the salesman goes back and forth with finance. Well I experienced none of that yesterday at Silveira Chevy. That was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. From sales to finance they all talk directly to you, no middle man, dang even the service manager came in and introduced himself. They worked hard to get my payments to what I needed. Customer for life, thank you!
