My grand caravan failed in the worst time, July 3 later afternoon ,in my vacation in Yellowstone National Park. The park towing service dropped off my vehicle at west gate and I called another towing service to get to Idaho falls around midnight. No shop is open and wouldn’t open until 2 more days. I had a great experience working with Mike and Alison at Silva's Automotive. When my older Lincoln began severely misbehaving on a long road trip, I needed to stop and get it looked at, but nearly all the mechanics in the whole region were booked up for weeks!
