Some of these reviews sound like those of some disgruntled competitors and/or "dismissed" employees - don't think the company would've been around the number of years it has if this information was correct. Great company and great employees!
There is a female officer that is at Quik Trip on Central and Oliver on Sunday's that is unprofessional looking and acting. I really don't appreciate her pants not being pulled up and her shirt out of the pants when she bends over. I also don't appreciate when she has the audacity to try to tell other customers that they have a mental illness. She is not a mental health practioner. Some of the employees with this company are very unprofessional in appearance and attitude. I don't know how any one gets the quality of service with this particular company. Find some place else to get private security.
I have done business with Silva Security for 10 years and have found them to be the best security service in Wichita Ks
Stay away from this company. There are people employed there that shouldn't even be in security at all. Complaints have been filed with business on some of these people and the employer refuses to let them go. Some have been seen in grocery stores falling asleep or eating with their mouth open or stealing. Some are so arrogant that they are downright rude. One female officer at a grocery store is so nasty looking that she is a disgrace to the security profession.
