Im very disgusted with Judy Silva. My experience was with her rental property in Lodi. It was a small office space that was orginally a residential unit but i guess was not zoned for that. So it became a rental for commercial. We are a small paint contract company and just need to move our home business to a office. Let me say the office was gross, smelled like mold, dangerous and toilet didnt work. This space is only good for storage. It is unhuman to have anyone normal in there right mind work from there.
