Textbook slumlord experience! The apartment in one of their properties, Midvale Court (1400 Midvale Ave), I moved into had a cheap paint job, window blinds that fall apart when you touch them, dirty/smelly kitchen appliances, dirt under the sink area and cupboards, and hallways had very strong chemical smells. Alec, their real estate salesperson, showed us model units which were nicer. Don’t believe anything you are told during the tours. Ask them to put their claims in writing. Strongly recommend not to rent a room from them. They didn’t fix the broken entrance doors for 4 months. They illegally deduct painting fees from your security deposit. Worst company I ever contacted.
This is the company managing 1441 Midvale ave and 1400 Midvale ave. The management of building is terrible and very rude. They are no good at addressing any of the issues the building is facing, and they won't even send out emails notifying people of major issues like a power outage lasting over a day. They are also great at stealing a big chunk of your security deposit for no reason. 0/10
absolutely love living in their property! Not only is the management very friendly and kind, they are also incredibly helpful and responsive. Whenever we put in a maintenance request, they would send their sincere and tenacious maintenance crew by the next day to resolve the issue.
