Strongly recommend not to rent a room from them. They didn’t fix the broken entrance doors for 4 months. They illegally deduct painting fees from your security deposit. Worst company I ever contacted.
This is the company managing 1441 Midvale ave and 1400 Midvale ave. The management of building is terrible and very rude. They are no good at addressing any of the issues the building is facing, and they won't even send out emails notifying people of major issues like a power outage lasting over a day. They are also great at stealing a big chunk of your security deposit for no reason. 0/10
absolutely love living in their property! Not only is the management very friendly and kind, they are also incredibly helpful and responsive. Whenever we put in a maintenance request, they would send their sincere and tenacious maintenance crew by the next day to resolve the issue.

This property (972 Hilgard) has had bad reviews in the past and almost caused me to not rent an apartment. Due to the fact the reviews kept saying "he" and I kept speaking to a manager named Pamella, I decided to call the her and address the issues posted. I did not get any static or attitude about my inquiry and her responses encouraged me to stay with the property.
