As of this date I have only texted with the salesman but I am pleased with the customer service and eagerness to work with me. I will likely buy my car from them due to the positive interaction.
I spoke with sales person several times by telephone. Always very nice and pleasant. I never went to Silsbee to see their pickup or inventory. They initiated contact with me.
We ended up buying this van. I was a little disappointed that they wouldn't negotiate, especially when the added another $500 of paperwork & glass etching fees. Overall it was a good experience. Our dealers in Northeast Louisiana wouldn't come off their higher prices.

Excellent overall customer service, but would not finance the used Chevy truck we desired; instead offered financing for a Toyota ONLY --- which was not the initial vehicle we called them about!
