I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. This practice is very good. I had been through about three before finding out by word of mouth about them. Yes, sometimes there is a wait but this is because you know they are good. Having a little bit of past medical knowledge makes me very picky with doctors. You will like the staff and all the doctors that are on board. They try to accomidate any type of situation. If you child is sick; call and they will fit them in that day.
They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
