RecommendedFirst visit was today for our youngest daughter and it was amazing!!! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Copes!! He made her feel at ease and the whole experience was wonderful!! Staff was wonderful as well! Will be switching her and our middle girl to this practice!
My complaint isn’t about the dentist, but about the fact that the staff sat by and watched a mom play on her phone while her unruly child jumped on the toy tables, threw toys, knocked things off of the toy table, and the final straw... the child threw a wooden object and it hit me in the head. When I told the so called mother of this child that I was just struck by the object that her child threw... she snapped “I don’t need you to tell me what my child did”. Seriously? I have taken my kiddo to Silly Smiles since she was a little monster. Dr. Copes is amazingly patient, ensures bother her and I know what’s happening, how it’s happening and how close we are to being completed.. Dr. Copes never has a problem repeating something multiple times if needed. Considering she is born deaf with a CI, this is perfect for her. I love this dentistry and would highly recommend.
Dr.Copes and his team are by far and hands down amazing. Our son has been seen at 3 other offices and none have gotten down to his level to make him as comfortable as possible as this staff. No other office talked with is and not at us nor taken the time to explain the way the Silly Smiles office has. I highly recommend this office and Dr.Copes!
Excellent rapport with patients and parents!
Of course having to get cavities filled isn’t going to make a 5 year old be excited about going to the dentist. I must say, Dr. Copes is always very calm and patient. He does an awesome job with telling his clients exactly what he’s about to do.
I have been coming to Dr. Eric since my twins were 1 and they are 9 now. They love him and the staff is great.
