The girls who awnser the phones are incredibly rude and very unhelpful. I have had an appointment for over a month that was scheduled for an important issue. They called me the day before and said they had to cancel the appointment cause the provider had to be out that day unexpectedly. I asked when next available time would be and I was told it would be over a month away. It's not my fault the provider had to take that one day off, but at least fit me in sooner than a month. I had my 1st appointment with William Chamberlain yesterday, and he was awesome. He sits and listens to what you are saying. He explains everything very well. I highly recommend him.

Receptionists here are extremely rude. Spoke to Alyssa today who had me on and off hold for 15 mins just to get a refill… who may I add was unapologetic for the inconvenience, and had so much attitude. As a receptionist myself, do better!!
