Great service, love the providers, just takes a while to get in
The Dr is great! The staff however needs work and alot of work at that tell you one thing on the phone then something different next time even going as far as to continuously talk over so I can't finish a sentence then called me back the next day harassing me and then finally 2 hours after the harassing phone call they fix the original problem they refused to fix in the first place it's all a bunch of crap for nothing total stress not worth the good Dr they have having to put up with the unprofessional staff
Have been with this group for yrs. Once my physician was relocated with the group on truxtun the receptionists service is rude on phone. My rx are not faxed leaving me to call office & getting attitudes from receptionist. Referrals to other specialist were not sent 3 times leavingme to find my own specialist. Seven mos later I get a call that referral has been received. Reason I stay is because doctors are wonderful. Very professional and listen.
