Have had a very positive experience with Silkin. Have loved what the program has taught us about efficiency and management...This is NOT just a pricing program like others we looked at. Have definitely seen my revenues go up, but more importantly I value what I've learned about time management and how to be a good boss. We love our consultant, Dave McKevitt...He's made this a much easier process.
I have had the pleasure of working with Alan Jackson and Dave McKevitt at Silkin. Alan did a FREE practice analysis for me that uncovered many things that I needed help with. He started my journey with Silkin that eventually led to Dave. Dave has been "da man" at helping me and giving me guidance to explode my practice! The last thing I have to say - SYSTEMS! Ask them about their systems!
I work with Dr's in various health fields, and I can say first hand these consultants are experts and know how to make a practice run like a well oiled machine. Hats off.
Silkin has increased our bottom line but it takes a lot of work on the business owners part. You must put in the time.
I am not pleased with silkin management!!!
