She is excellent, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and personable. She has done 2 procedures for me , and made them comfortable as she could, and talked me through them. Really appreciate her.
Dr. Heinisch is professional, easy to talk to, efficient, but also patient and gave plenty of time to talk about items of concern. No hesitation in recommending her!
Dr. Heinisch is a great doctor who really listens to your concerns and acknowledging whole health can impact dermatological issues; I encourage anyone with access to her care take advantage of it!
I see her for my cystic acne she asks a lot of irrelevant personal questions like where i work, where i go to school , what my goals interests are . that are completely inappropriate, which can be very agitating. I felt like she was trying to judge my mental competence. Another complaint i have is I've told her repetitively i have no active partner i don't have sex ! I use oral contraceptives for acne and period regulation, she still asks me every visit if im pregnant, she's incompetent

She was thorough and took extra time to answer my questions. She also took the time to advise me and to write the correct referral.
