Absolutely love Kristen!!! I have been going to her for about 5 years and she always does what’s needed for my self care routines every 6-12 months. Kristen’s Quality care for her clients is outstanding, I can not recommend her enough. Awsome work!
No ownership when multiple sessions are cancelled and blames it on a different issue each time. Inexperienced staff due to high turnover, after care laser products hardly ever in stock. Manager/owner disregards issues raised even when lodging a formal complaint and claims you are not telling the truth despite clearly providing evidence.
