Absolutely blown away by the level of care we received today! I have a medically challenging kid (PANS), lots of considerations for his care and a weird tooth that decided to pop up. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival - oh and before that, lots of great communication via text, new patient forms were easy to fill out. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I never once felt rushed during my visits, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring. The front desk team — Anahy, Karla, and Lailia — were especially warm, professional, and attentive. This was our first dental visit with our 1 year old. The team was so kind and really experienced dealing with babies that aren't excited to be at the dentist. I really appreciated their expertise and also how fun they made it. The first visit photo was such a sweet touch. Look forward to having them be our dentist for years to come!
I cannot recommend Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics office enough! Dr. Ikehara was my pediatric dentist when I was a little girl, and it’s truly special that he is now caring for my daughter with the same level of expertise and kindness I’ve always experienced. We absolutely loved our experience at Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The staff was kind, patient, and never made us feel rushed. They took the time to answer all of our questions and truly cared about making both parent and child feel comfortable.
