The staff team and the Dr Nancy were beyond kind and amazing! I love how patient they were with my son and how they answered every question I had in a professional way but the best part was how they welcomed my son with a sign and took a picture for us to remember his first visit! I definitely recommend this place because it made my son’s experience feel so much better for both of us.
We had a wonderful experience at this pediatric dental office today! The service was excellent, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and my kids absolutely loved the place. They made the whole visit smooth, comfortable, and stress-free for both the kids and parents. Highly recommend! 😊
Absolutely blown away by the level of care we received today! I have a medically challenging kid (PANS), lots of considerations for his care and a weird tooth that decided to pop up. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival - oh and before that, lots of great communication via text, new patient forms were easy to fill out. I cannot recommend Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics office enough! Dr. Ikehara was my pediatric dentist when I was a little girl, and it’s truly special that he is now caring for my daughter with the same level of expertise and kindness I’ve always experienced. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I never once felt rushed during my visits, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring. The front desk team — Anahy, Karla, and Lailia — were especially warm, professional, and attentive.
