I recently visited Silicon Valley Optometry and was thoroughly impressed by both the clinical expertise and the high level of service. Walked in. 4 people at the counter. No greeting. Confused someone has entered. No one immediately handles me. Have to pick someone. Why are you here? My face hurts I want lighter frames. Wrangle trying to pull up my insurance but it’s new. Tell me they can’t hear me rudely. Covid glass barrier for no reason. Been a patient of Dr Wun’s since I was a kid (20+ years) and has been a great process with OrthoK with my vision staying stable throughout the years!
They push for excessive testing; even when I have a scheduled appointment, there are still other patients waiting at the same time. It has been like this for two years—and to top it off, the doctor performing the examination has been different each of the two years I’ve visited.
Dr Pham was very knowledgeable and very kind and patient. She listened to my concerns and asked questions to make sure I know my status. Very happy with the team and will come back next year.
