Walked in. 4 people at the counter. No greeting. Confused someone has entered. No one immediately handles me. Have to pick someone. Why are you here? My face hurts I want lighter frames. Wrangle trying to pull up my insurance but it’s new. Tell me they can’t hear me rudely. Covid glass barrier for no reason.
