Called them because of high rating. The person who answered took all my personal info and said he will forward to a colleague that will help with my query. After being on hold for few minutes, a lady came on the line, stating I have reached an answering service for Jack's pool supply. She had no idea who transferred me to her. The call made was supposed to be for Silicon Beach pool resurfacing. So, I have no idea who got my personal info. Please be aware.
