WORST property management company!! They are very rude. No proper information is provided no proper inspections of the houses after move out. I have had hard time always with this company. Stay away from this company.
They do not represent properties to the degree they need to. They don't do quality checks. They do not respond to messages in any reasonable timeframe. A decent company if you wish to seek out someone to sue. Negligence and failure to uphold their responsibilities.
ZERO starts if possible! It’s our WEDDING weekend and we’ve had NO water at our house for 14 hours and counting. They put this in as a an “emergency” yesterday. Then they stopped responding to us last night and are radio silent this morning. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!
