RENTERS AND PROPERTY OWNERS STAY AWAY! THIS COMPANY IS SO NEGLIGENT THEY WILL COST YOU TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN ATTORNEYS FEES. Truly one of the worst experiences with a propeRTY management company I have ever witnessed. Silberman failed to maintain sanitary conditions in the rental home, leading to tenants going 50 days without clean water.
