Rick was a seller's agent on a house that we purchased. Cracks in the basement walls were hidden behind drywall, a board was placed between two attic joists to catch a leaky roof, live knob and tube wiring was asked to be repaired and the "repairs" were new wiring from the boxes into knob in tube in the walls just out of site, a front porch outlet was connected to 6 feet of wiring shoved into a wall with nothing connected to it and no place for it to connect.
