Took my five-year-old son here because he was complaining of a trooth. I was told he could not be seen because of an Insurance issue. I responded with I will self pay today. I was told that would not work and my Five year-old could still not be seen. My only assumption of this terrible experience, is they are not here to help your kids, and they only interested in money from the state of Illinois. I honestly feel that the one star that I gave is too good for the Service we Received.
Only after a quick check from the government. No intentions of truly helping. Just want to keep the cleanings rolling on an instant check. If you have any insurance issue even on an emergency visit they will refuse service. Inhumane to turn away children with tooth pain. Will never return to any SIHF.
Was seen quickly , everyone was nice , and very helpful. They seem to care about their patients. I Definitely recommend them
If I could give the dentist a zero I would! She's completely useless! She will refer your children out of state so she doesn't have to do any fillings. Finding a good dentist is like finding a unicorn. You'd be better off taking out a bank loan and seeing a real dentist because she wont even do the bare minimum.
