31 inch machine is junk won't cut letters with curves in them bunches up vynal goes off line on it's own cuts words crooked I believe software is really bad no one calls back wast more vynal than it cuts readyto send it back
Ive ordered alot of Oracal vinyl from SignWarehouse. My last order i wasnt pleased with. They are using theses sucky stickers to hold the vinyl roll and the stickers wont come off so you basically waste a foot of vinyl. Stop using these damn stickers.

Very disappointed in Signwarehouse Tech Support. Over 3 yards of wasted vinyl, 2 hours of installing and uninstalling and then reinstalling drivers (like I was told to do last time I had this problem) finally call tech support again, only to be sent to a voicemail. All total, 6 calls today and all to vm with no returned call yet!
I've always loved you guys but you just impressed me even more! I ordered Heat Transfer Vinyl yesterday morning and it just arrived....on a Saturday.....during Christmas! WAY TO GO!!!!! THANK YOU for making me happy so I can keep my customers happy!!!!!!
