RecommendedThey are a bit slow to answer when I have a question, and they are kind of expensive on their shipping rates compared to other sign suppliers, but they tend to have stuff that I can't find at any other company. This alone makes them worth it.
I used Sign Warehouse when I got started in vinyl cutting about 10 years ago. They were very helpful and didn't try to oversell my requirements. Their tech support has been good to me, so I don't know what the others are talking about. One cutter had a PCB fail and I got another sent out and received it in 3 days. I started with the R Series and the included LXI software. I did have issues with the cutter just stopping in the middle of long straight lines. I cured that by buying VinylMaster SOHO software. The customer service is non existent and you can't talk to a real person who knows anything, just keeps pushing you off to voicemails. Horrible experience! They won't let you talk to any tech support, but have to do it all online. They don't look at the images you send them, but assume they know what you need for parts to fix the machine that they sell. STAY AWAY!

I called this morning to ask if HTV was available for purchase by the sheet. The woman I spoke with said yes, told me the color I needed was in stock, and how much it was per sheet. I asked the hours and then we hung up. I drove 20 miles only to be told that there would be a one hour wait and a $5 charge. I was never told any of this on the phone. Now I have a 40min round trip with nothing in hand and will still have to go to Dallas. The supervisor, Angela Dawson, was unable or unwilling to help. Terrible customer service.
31 inch machine is junk won't cut letters with curves in them bunches up vynal goes off line on it's own cuts words crooked I believe software is really bad no one calls back wast more vynal than it cuts readyto send it back
