The product was great! I wasn't 100% sure what I ordered was what I thought it was, sent support a email through their site before I ordered and never heard back. I went ahead and ordered and all's well that ends well.
I originally rated signs 3 out of 5 stars and expressed my concerns with the difficulty of uploading my artwork and let me tell you they provided above and beyond customer service as a result. They gave me 10% off my order for the inconvenience and sent me a personalized note that stated they would make changes to their site so this wouldn't happen again. It is so nice when your voice is heard. Excellent job I will continue to use your services in the future.
