I ordered a product on Wednesday for a Friday delivery and paid overnight shipping as their website promotes next day delivery. A "quality" issue basically kept my order in production for 5 days and to be delivered after I do not need it. I was lied to by employees online about delivery and an employee over the phone that never called me back like she promised. Very Poor service.
Ordered Vinyl lettering and a large sign. The site warned me there would be a loss of resolution and the sign may be blurry. Despite this, it came in high quality within 2 days. The letters are perfectly cut and the color is intense and bright. Definitely recommended!!!
Overall quality of the 3'x8' fabric banner was very good: colors turned out great, the stand is nice and substantial w/ chrome sides, and the non-upgraded case is quite nice. However, there was a printing flaw that wasn't shown on the preview. I'm the only one that notices it, but it is significant and it does bug me a lot and makes me wonder how my future signs will turn out with this company since it was not preventable on my end. I have ordered acrylic signs from them on two separate occasions and both times they came out beautifully. Very fast service I will definitely use them again and recommend them.
