I spoke to someone on the phone on 3/13 who called me by phone to confirm my order - I confirmed it and she said "OK, we will move right into production." - that was the last time I heard from them. No emails or calls returned after that and only by calling multiple times was I finally able to learn that my order had somehow been cancelled and never produced. I had to give it 5 stars. I sent in the order and I received the signs just as I ordered them, same color and everything. There was no change to pricing or arrival date. Thanks great job.
