The signs we ordered were delivered on time and look great.
I ordered a banner and the r and the t were touching each other. I sent an email and was told that was how I uploaded the sign. I typed the words for my banner into their program. As I look at the information I typed my r and t do not touch. They will not do anything about because they said it was from me. Beyond frustrated!
Ordered a sign for our stove so my elderly mother would not turn it on by mistake. Arrived on time, as described and at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the results.
I have tried ordering 3 different times. The first decal was cut incorrectly cutting off some lettering. They sent me a second one and this one was extremely faded and pixelated even though I sent them a vector high definition logo. I had also ordered 4 small decals a few weeks ago and those still haven't arrived. Not happy.
We ordered 2 banners for outside, Very happy with quality. We had 4 sentences, 2 different letter sizes and designs they look great. Couldn’t beat the price and shipping was fast. I contacted customer service through their web chat and got answers quickly. Will be ordering again
