I placed an order on 11/6 for two banners with priority shipping to arrive on 11/9 for an event that evening. Order #339750. When the order arrived only one banner was in the box, although the online order said both were shipped. I called Customer Service at noon, they said they would look into the situation and call me back in 20 minutes. 4 hours later they called to say that Signs.com did not produce the second banner, because of production difficulties. RecommendedGreat experience, great products and fast service. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend are the acrylic signs as they will break within 8-9 months. I’ve purchased this item 3 times and always the same experience. I called them told them but they wouldn’t do much. Other than that I’ve good experience with other products.
