Recently had an order lost by FedEx, the customer service rep Emmalou came through w/ flying colors! I was just on hold with Signs.com for over 30 minutes and was forced to have to leave a message with them or risk being on hold for who knows how long! I placed an order with them on a Saturday evening online. A couple if hours later I sent them a email explaining that I had mistakenly placed an order for banners when I ment to order perforated window stickers for my vehicle.
