I designed and purchased a sign from them, and when I received it it was washed out and the color was no where near the original. I emailed my account rep and he gave no path to resolution, gave me the round around on something with the file I uploaded (I had uploaded the original high res Illustrator file), and ultimately just went dark on our email thread. Now I have a sign that is useless, I paid for it, and signs.com is nowhere to be found. I won't be doing business with them again, that's for sure.
Unhappy with my order that arrived today. It appears that the default options are brushed finish and no mounting hardware at all. Once I hit "save" I just went to checkout and did not see that I had to choose other options. Very poor web page design - those choices should all be at the top before you add your photo and complete the order. RecommendedWe highly recommend this company. We were shopping for a break away banner on short notice for our football state playoffs. Almost every company said they needed weeks to deliver a product. We contacted this company on Monday, got the artwork to them, and receive a high quality breakaway banner by Friday.
