Their website was very easy to navigate. Their response was immediate, and the work was quality. Plus, the signs were here in no time! I would definitely work with them again.
I have called the 3 numbers given for you. Replied to every email received from you (only to have them bounce back as “no/reply” box) and have contacted you through your site via message request. No one is getting back to me! I placed and received an order that is “NOT” as ordered and still have no contact, return possibility, refund or signage for my business?! I paid for signs and received them damaged and not as ordered... Can you PLEASE assist me?! Thanks
spent lots of money with the company and had a defective sign and they did not stand behind it. I have pictures of the sign, had it up not even 3 years and it looks horrible and red just fell off the sign, actually falling off when the wind blows. Their advertisement says top notch materials. my last sign on this same fixture by Fast Signs lasted 10 years and looked great still. we just wanted a change... 1 Star review!
They are fast and got just what I ordered! Outstanding Job! I know where I will go for signs from now on.
