I paid for overnight shipping for 10 banners. When I checked the order on the day they were to be delivered I noticed that the banners had not even shipped. I panicked and called customer service. When I explained to Dan that the banners were a surprise for our seniors for their last high school football game on their home field he got things going! Absolutely horrible service. Was told yesterday that it should have shipped the previous day. Said they would look into it with the shipping manager, as their system still shows it in PrePress, and email me what they find out. Have received no further communication and I paid for it to arrive today prior to our event tomorrow. And the order status still shows it in PrePress. First time customer and I’m completely unimpressed with their service.

Completely unreliable. Ordered cut vinyl letters and what I received was 1/3" the size that they were supposed to be. Trying to get the order remade was a nightmare. They don't respond by email. They don't answer the phone. The chat support people provided know help.
