I had quite a few exchanges with service rep Dan Braunberger (on technical matters) before placing my order and he was prompt, accurate and extremely helpful throughout. The banners arrived precisely on time and we were very, very pleased with the quality of the finished product. I only wish we had more of an opportunity to test, proof or calibrate our digital file with the final printed fabric banner. Ordered some signs for my Autoglass biz and they came out great! I almost messed up because my logo file didn't meet up with the edges but I was able to adjust it and add some text. In the end they came out better than I could have hoped for.
