Horrific contract terms. Don't trust them or the service. The service doesn't actually drive reviews to yelp, only to their internal review site - not public and doesn't help. They'll lock you in and keep billing even when they're not providing any services. Effectively a SCAM.

The reviews don't even get posted like they say. They literally sell you on reviews that they can get posted and then when you go look for the reviews, they'e in a small little link that NOBODY will go out of their way to click. Avoid It, Trust Me.
Signpost and the team have done a great job for our business. The staff is super helpful and the product continues to evolve to be even more beneficial. We signed with them a little over a year ago and went from reviews in the single digits to nearly 70. Highly recommended!
