Very, very helpful tool for our business. The only thing that doesn't impress me is how trying it can be to reach their customer service. They have a customer service number but we have yet to have anyone answer when we call it. However, when you leave a voicemail, someone does get back to us - same with their chat. Doesn't seem to be manned, but eventually they reply.. Overall, great company that I do recommend to others.
