I needed a review platform that didn't put a time strain on our franchisees. Signpost delivered! Not only did it outperform my expectations, our franchisees love it. Their only responsibility is to respond to the reviews their customers leave. Customer Service support is exceptional. The reps are very well versed on the platform, and have easily walked me through any questions I have.

Signpost has done a great job in getting feedback and reviews from our customers. On boarding was super simple. Customer service always responds quickly and walked us through using several features with no problem. We have looked at a couple of other review companies and they have not offered nearly the easy automated options and were more expensive. Highly recommend!
