I signed up for SignPost under the understanding that historically, about five percent of previous customers respond to review campaigns. I sent them my customer database, totaling more than 1,200 customers. Here's my ROI. A $1,000 campaign netted a total of: ONE review. You read that right. One review. Spend $1,000 and Mia will in turn get you one review online. What a waste of money.

We have been contacted by no less than half a dozen sales reps from this company as they can't seem to understand 1-WE'RE NOT INTERESTED and 2-ADD US TO YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST. We participated in their demonstration and after giving it thoughtful consideration decided their services were not a good fit for our company. They will not stop harassing us. Their tactics are to bully you and wear you down. They are rude and completely unprofessional.

A lauren from this company called me today and insisted that she spoke to me on the phone last week to set up an appointment. She was rude and belligerent and then insisted she had me on recording. I never spoke with this woman first and foremost and secondly, there was no statement that the line was recorded which is a violation of the federal wiretapping laws.

First, Matthew lied to our admin staff. They asked if he was with a specific business, which he claimed he wasn't. Then the pushy salesman named Matthew would not allow me to ask for another time to discuss things. When I told him repeatedly that we were moving software and creating a new website for our booking he repeatedly kept telling me facts about SignPost and how they could help. Finally when he had enough of me telling him that I would love to talk about this after our migration to our new software, he asked when. I ... read more

BEWARE! I signed up and paid yearly. It was not effective. I missed the 30 window to cancel my contract so they charged me for an entire years (12 months) They would not prorate. They kept quoting that it was in the contract. I would suggest not using this company - ever!

Signpost has been great for our company, AlphaOne Exteriors. We have been working with them for a little over a month and they have already got us 5 4-5 star reviews. The automated program is working better than I had expected it to. I am looking forward to a very long term partnership with Signpost

I am a business owner they called to attempt to sign up. The rep I spoke with took the position of talking about how bad our business was as an attempt to sign us up to their "service". Doesn't seem to be a effective tactic as all I am is annoyed.

We have had nothing but problems with this company and would urge other businesses to avoid using their services. After trying to cancel for months we are still being charged and are given a run around response every time we e-mail or call to complain to them. They tried to tell us we signed up for a year when we had only signed up for 6 months and it has been a nightmare trying to deal with this issue. Zero stars for customer service!
