We had called ahead regarding both a material return and pick up for a job. When I arrived, the staff member immediately recognized that I was who was expected just by the materials I was carrying (material knowledge ✅️), had the additional materials ready (quick service ✅️), and had the numbers calculated/explained the account credit created due to the return and pickup and provided me documentation for the return, pick up, and credit amount to be mailed out (customer service ✅️).
They are wonderful to work with. They make sure you are happy with their products
We have patronized Signature Stone twice, most recently for kitchen countertops. Both times the stone was well fabricated and we are generally pleased with the products. However, the front-end estimating process and customer service were very disappointing both times. The estimates simply provided a flat cost for the countertops without including the number of units (ft2) and cost per unit ($/ft2).
