Signature staging staged our home. They did a terrible job. I was very specific in requesting to be involved in picking out furnishings for the home. They put mediocre outdated furniture in an expensive home and the home sat on the market for 2 months costing us a lot of money. We paid the original agreed upon fees but they decided to charge an additional few hundred dollars which was submitted late to the escrow. I'm happy to recommend Signature Staging. I work for a busy north county realtor, Jon Shea, preparing our listings for sale. We've used Signature Staging for years and have always found them to be professional, responsive to our needs and nice people. Their room designs have photographed beautifully and created inviting spaces for potential buyers to experience. We expect attractive results at a reasonable price and they've never disappointed us.

Beware- Several concerning issues with this company. This company was supposed to move out all of their staging items. I came back to my home the next day, and I found several staging items, previously on display, stuffed into our cabinets. In addition, one of the workers left a banana peel to rot in an upstairs cabinet. When I asked the company owner, she stated that her worker admitted to leaving the banana peel behind. She was not sure why the staging items were stuffed into cabinets and left behind in my home. In additio... read more
