Carter loves going to the dentist now. They are always so wonderful with him. He always goes back by himself with no stress or worries. I'm free to go check on him if I want.

My husband got his teeth cleaned years ago while he was truck driving (with insurance). About five years later, my husband is at a completely different job with completely different insurance and gets contacted by this dentist. Their office forgot to charge his past insurance with the cleaning and now expects him to pay for the cleaning out of pocket. I'm sorry but my husband shouldn't have to pay for something that your office screwed up on.
They have a friendly staff & reasonable prices.
Books appointment on the 26th, for the 30th. I recieved email confirmation on the 26th, then received a text confirmation on the 27th. 16 minutes before my appointment on the 30th while I am actively pulling into the business, they call me to tell me that confirmation means nothing. Thank you for wasting my time. I could have had been seen on the 28th, but was recommended this place. Bad idea apparently, terrible first(only) impression.
Lesley was fantastic. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything and was compassionate and gentle, highly recommended!
My 10 yr old girl just left there mid cleaning , gushing blood and crying bc Lisa was so ruff with her! My wife had to make her stop and leave midway thru I will never be back here again and hope this helps someone bc she was already terrified of dentists now she will prob never get over that ...thanks again Lisa maybe someone will show you the same compassion you showed my 10 or old daughter
