I have been a client at Signature Salon and Spa for many years and I look forward to every appointment. Every associate is professional and will go out of their way to make sure you feel pampered. I truly look forward to my appointments thanks to the caring and attentive staff and the wonderful atmosphere!
I had some color done on my hair. My goal was to have a pretty look and redo some lowlights put in my hair. That is what my appt was for. The stylist told me she didnt have time to do it all. She did a partial highlight. Her quality of work was terrible. The highlighting was uneven, she didn't tone my hair although she said she was going to, and her highlights starting over an inch from my root. I did complain. Horrible work. No fixing or compensation from the company
