Bad color, bad cut! I'm not sure if they pulled this hairstylist in from off the street or if she was a beauty school drop out but she was terrible! What was worse is the mean, unprofessional owner. When I called to ask for help in getting my hair back to an acceptable style, she was less than helpful.... NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go to Signature Salon!
I've been going to Signature for about 10 years and event after moving over 30 miles away, still make the trip dute to the great service at reasonable prices. Not able to schedule appointments too far in advance, I have been able to call up on short notice and always have a great experience, no matter which stylist I have.
By definition, signature defines uniqueness and individual style. And Signature Salon and Spa without question achieves that, and then some! Signature Salon makes me feel like a million bucks. I have had almost every service they offer and each one was better than the next. From the time I walk in and am offered a cup of coffee or water with lemon, to the heated neck wrap to the outstanding attention I get from each stylist--the experience could not be improved. I have been having my hair, nail and facial services done at Signature Salon and Spa for more than 10 years. Their customer service is exceptional. The skill level of the stylists is very high as is the quality of their product lines. The staff is very friendly. The culture of the salon nurtures staff who go the "extra mile" in customer service. I've been a customer here since 1998 and have had nothing but exceptional service and stellar quality for my hair, nails and body! I have facials, pedis, manis, body massages and hair coloring and cuts and am so pleased that I would not consider going anywhere else! Where to I begin? The stylist at Signature are incredibly kind, up to date with the latest trends and styles and totally professional. I have had my color and cut done here for over 8 years and am so impressed at the high level of education the stylist at this salon hold themselves to. I love my hair when leaving the salon and people ask me on a very consistent basis where/who does my hair. I am happy to refer anyone to Signature and always hear positive feedback from those who book their appt for the first time.
