MICHELE RICHEY-MARTIN is the worst person ever!!!! I have rented a house for 4 plus years and never 1 day late on rent. This company handled a rental I was in, and a good tenant for over two years. Upon moving out I told them that the house was clean, but trash day was in 3 days and after I turned in the key I can't take out trash. I also couldn't put out trash early, because that is an HOA violation. So, the contact (Barbara) said she had to check on house anyway, no big deal, and she would take out trash.
