Very Unprofessional, did not respect my appointment!
Well we have never been more disappointed with a company than Signature Property inspectors! They left off so many things after supposedly inspecting our home! From light switches not working, outside doors not shutting or locking, broken appliances, no hot water working in one of the bathrooms. And the biggest one was the air conditioning units were not cooling rooms because of rotted out and torn up ducts. Very disappointed with the quality and depth of our inspector Arvin. There were SEVERAL issues with our home purchase that he should have identified and did not. When we asked him about it he simply responded with a cop-out like, “Well I am not an H-Vac guy” or that he couldn’t move an item that belonged to the current home owner so how would he have known there was water damage behind the washer. (Like there aren’t legitimate ways for him to look back there aside from moving the unit.) I suppose you aren’t a drain specialis... read more

Horrible quality, many things missed on our home inspection that now add huge expenses to a new homeowner. Leaking faucet, second air conditioner not functioning needing replacement of freon, plugs not working, fireplace doesn’t start, insulation poor. If prior homeowner didn’t have batteries in the fireplace remote they will not be testing, if there is something plugged into an outlet they will not be testing. Don’t waste your money, use someone else! I will never use them again nor would I recommend
