Wonderful group of people and so helpful. They were my real estate sales company for the sale of a home to the purchase of a new home. Now I have them as my property managers of the new place. Found the perfect tenant just what we were looking for. Thanks to Signature Properties
It didn’t start out as a 1 star but as the weeks went by it turned into 1. Seems like they didn't want to assist. A lot of back and forth asking for different things different days, wasting time , not cross referencing our documents and paperwork they had us fill out. Time is precious when you have a time limit. They seem to not really care which is fine but what really made me give 1 star is the communication. Be prepared to have to constantly be following up. At the end they didn’t want to assist and I would not recommend.
