Living here was kind of a nightmare. The staff will show you they care & promise to fix your problem, but they don't. Not clean, & when you wash your dishes the water from the sink will go to the dishwasher & the floor will flood if you don't be careful & watch the dishwasher every time. And by the way you can't use the dishwasher, because it's SO DIRTY. Other thing if you finish work at 7 or after that will be no parking space left for you.
Been here about 9 months now. The good. Staff is friendly. Grounds are well maintained. Looks clean and professional. Excellent location. The bad. Had a problem with crickets and it took three visits from exterminators to get them to go away. The heater is outdated and the windows are builders grade. Expect a high energy bill. The walls/floors are thin. I can hear the persons above me alarm clock go off most mornings. This apartment has the best space in the one bedroom layouts that I have found in any apartment in the Overland Park area. I love the location of the complex and I absolutely love my apartment.
I have lived at Signature for over a year. I enjoy the location as it is close to work, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The gym has everything I need for my work out and is always available to me. In the summer I like to use the lap pool. I take my dog to the dog park daily and lots of other people do the same. The staff is always friendly and remembers be by name. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience at Signature Place and would suggest to my friends or co-workers.
