Oh where do we start.... management puts band-aid fixes on everything. We sent pictures to the management showing that there was MOLD growing on our window seals. If your search the reviews you will see other people have complained about this also. Clearly the owners care more about putting money into reception instead of putting money into their apartments. RecommendedHelpful staff and maintenance. Grounds maintained well and pool is great in the summer. Ladies in office helped a ton in showing and helping me find what I needed.
I've been living here for over 1 year now. The management company recently changed at the end of the year 2018. The staff is not friendly and I would not recommend anyone to live here. There is not enough parking, the windows are drafty. You can hear everything from the apartment above you. Very noisy.

My fiancee and I moved in, in July 2017. Our first experience of living in an apartment in many years. Our apartment was clean and well appointed. We put in a work order for a minor leak in the ice maker, I think the techs name was Steve. He was quick about his work and very thorough. If this is how our entire experience is going to be, it will be a great experience!!!
