I moved here just 3 weeks ago and I couldnt be happier with my new home! The location is perfect, beautiful landscape, beautiful apartments, fantastic amenities, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff and maintenance.. I am very satisfied all around.

I lived at Signature Place from 2006 until 2008 while serving on active duty in the US Navy. Afterward, I was forward deployed overseas and got out of the Navy in 2010, returning to Pennsylvania. Just recently, I had a lean against my account with no prior warning. I had never received any information for owing Signature Place any money. If you’re military and looking at Signature Place to use your BAH, look elsewhere. You may have your bank account affected a decade later.
RecommendedDecent complex, location is great, but the luxury part of the advertised apartments is misleading. These are just your regular, cheaply made apartments. The staff is friendly and the maintenance responds quickly. My only true complaint is that as a resident that paid their rent on time every month there was no incentive to stay past my lease end, they raised the rent significantly, so it made no sense to stay.
The lady at the front office is nice but the quality of these apartments is terrible.... we have been plagued with maintenance issues continue to be unresolved, and they have hidden fees for everything... best thing I can say is just drive on by!
