A young man, Jasper, knocked on our door and described the services. It’s easy to be skeptical of people and the services they offer. We agreed to have them treat our ant problem. There were several ant mounds in my driveway and front yard, and I pointed them out to Jasper. He assured me that after the treatment, this would no longer be an issue. Absolutely awful! Haven’t been able to solve a mouse infestation in my apartment building for over two months. Wayne the technician is distinctly unprofessional and unqualified to do any sort of extermination. When I met with him after seeing mice in my apartment and showed him the droppings I found he told me that he didn’t think the mice were staying in my unit, but traveling through multiple units as I lived on the third floor.
