Absolutely awful! Haven’t been able to solve a mouse infestation in my apartment building for over two months. Wayne the technician is distinctly unprofessional and unqualified to do any sort of extermination. When I met with him after seeing mice in my apartment and showed him the droppings I found he told me that he didn’t think the mice were staying in my unit, but traveling through multiple units as I lived on the third floor.
