Very aggressive drivers
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE! This company is a scam and will try to lock in a 12 month contract without letting you know! The salespeople will try to "give free services" but it's all a lie! I'm happy I checked the reviews before fully committing! I called to cancel their services twice before they came and THEY STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME, I changed my card number prior because I had a feeling these guys are shady! SCAM SERVICES AND PEOPLE!
BAD COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This has been the worst pest control company I have ever dealt with. It started when a door-to-door salesman showed up at my house pushing me to switch companies. The information he gave me was misleading and incomplete. We recently switched our pest service to Signature Pest Management services and it was the best decision! Our technician, Jordan was fantastic. He was extremely thorough, took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, and treated our home with a lot of care. We’ve already seen a huge difference. Highly recommend!
A young man, Jasper, knocked on our door and described the services. It’s easy to be skeptical of people and the services they offer. We agreed to have them treat our ant problem. There were several ant mounds in my driveway and front yard, and I pointed them out to Jasper. He assured me that after the treatment, this would no longer be an issue.
