I don't know where to start...I had a terrible experience with their treatment plan and rude manner. I started my Invisalign treatment with them early this year. First of all Dr. Mozafari only spent about 5 minutes looking at my teeth before coming up with a treatment plan! Her assistant placed the Invisalign attachments and the doctor never checked anything herself! This was one of the early red flags that I noticed. I had online consultation back in July. I can understand all the mess with scheduling since it was their first online appointment. But the doctor's attitude is something else... I had few appointments scheduled with different offices so I can chose the one I like better and start treatment asap. I went there for my daughter's treatment based on multiple very good references. After we agreed on price and I paid a part of it for x-rays, I was informed they can not treat my daughter unless we are seeing a regular dentist. I don't object their reasoning behind this but they could have shared it much earlier and saved me some money. I eventually decided to do the treatment some place else. Again, my friends had good experience. Please verify all terms in advance if you want to get the treatment.

I did request an appointment for my son. I've got a call from them and guess what? One of the first question is how I did find them. Omg, it is so important, it is so much more important how did I find them rather than the name of patient and what is the reason of appointment I'm asking about. Second, I've been asked about the last four digits of my social. I never give these numbers to dentistries and they have never had an issue to locate my insurance. Bottom line. One of the best "adult" decisions I've made! I highly recommend Dr. Mozafari! The office is conveniently located, the staff always welcoming and helpful. Dr. Mozafari took loads of time explaining to me the process and worked with my challenging schedule. It's been a year since I had my braces removed and I'm thrilled with the results. In my opinion, you can't go wrong partnering with Dr. Mozafari for your ortho needs.
