Linh did my nails for the first time and she was so efficient and kind. She did a great job. I like my nails super short and practical and she didn’t try to change what I wanted. She made them short and natural like I wanted, understanding that I have little kids and work. She was amazing! The place is super clean and beautiful and the massage chairs look comfortable and cozy- can’t wait to try them next!
Wanted a $30 pedicure. The lady seemed very rushed and like she would rather do anything else. I had partial acrylic on my toe that needed to be removed and she never took it off. Painted right over it! On top of that she didn’t bother scrubbing my feet. Told me they charge $5 extra for gel removal but didn’t even remove it fully she soaked it in acetone for 10 seconds and filed it off. My daughter and I got gel mani/pedis today and had wonderful service and quality work. The people were so nice and my tech gave me an amazing massage with my pedicure. Helen and Lisa helped us and they were great! We will definitely be back!!!
I walked into signature nails and asked if they could accomplish a specific nail design before I ever sat down. The tech confirmed she could do it, and we got to work. She started on the design and used blooming gel, I confirmed with her and she said that's what she could do, but she couldn't do the tortoise shell look I had asked for. Not sure why she lied at the beginning of the service knowing what I was asking for, but she did.
