I walked into signature nails and asked if they could accomplish a specific nail design before I ever sat down. The tech confirmed she could do it, and we got to work. She started on the design and used blooming gel, I confirmed with her and she said that's what she could do, but she couldn't do the tortoise shell look I had asked for. First time trying out this place I asked for acrylic nails, which is $25. Somehow the lady said something along the words that I agreed to get in gel and I had to pay $46 all of a sudden. I I felt like she just scammed me right there and then. I did not know what to do so I just paid as I was walking out. I saw that they did my nails very poorly again. The staff is kind and considerate and helpful. Annie and her husband are nice spa managers, thoughtful and friendly. So supportive! I pray they will get the vacation they so long for and deserve really soon!!
Went to see them for the first time. I felt like a pampered puppy owned by an eccentric old lady. (Please note: puppies are not allowed to get nail service) All the people were so nice and caring, especially the manager. It was a Birthday pedicure with my friend, and we are silly when we get together. We had them laughing and smiling the whole time. Can't wait until my next one! I recommend making an appointment, so you won't have to wait if it's all booked up. Just remember to relax, take nice deep breaths & enjoy the ride!
This salon needs a serious inspection. I've been going there for about 5 months and my nails are totally trashed. I'm done. Over charging is another issue. They damaged my nails so bad with their rushing and aggressive approach. I tried giving them several chances but it just kept getting worse. Their gel removal is terrible even when you have an appointment & request a standard soak off, which is the proper way.
