My daughter and I got gel mani/pedis today and had wonderful service and quality work. The people were so nice and my tech gave me an amazing massage with my pedicure. Helen and Lisa helped us and they were great! We will definitely be back!!!

I walked into signature nails and asked if they could accomplish a specific nail design before I ever sat down. The tech confirmed she could do it, and we got to work. She started on the design and used blooming gel, I confirmed with her and she said that's what she could do, but she couldn't do the tortoise shell look I had asked for. Not sure why she lied at the beginning of the service knowing what I was asking for, but she did. First time trying out this place I asked for acrylic nails, which is $25. Somehow the lady said something along the words that I agreed to get in gel and I had to pay $46 all of a sudden. I I felt like she just scammed me right there and then. I did not know what to do so I just paid as I was walking out. I saw that they did my nails very poorly again. The staff is kind and considerate and helpful. Annie and her husband are nice spa managers, thoughtful and friendly. So supportive! I pray they will get the vacation they so long for and deserve really soon!!
