We are out of warranty on our irrigation system, so when I had water come out of the main valve pipe I had no idea who to call. I was referred to Signature and Jose Ibarra came out and was AWESOME. I was anticipating having a crew come out and dig up 3' of dirt to get to a broken pipe, spending 5 hours to repair something. Jose though, CLEARLY knows his stuff and diagnosed a leaking valve from me not shutting off my system correctly. Jose Ibearra of signature landscape went above and beyond what was asked of him. H cleaned up any messes that he may have done, was very professional, knowledgeable of the work and informative on the process. Loved that he wasted no time at all and jumped to the project. Thank you guys so very much!!! I am very happy with the work and politeness of Jose Ibearra.

Ranking 3 stars since my initial experience was a 1, but they did correct the issue right away, which is why I rated a 3. Hopefully we will have better service going forward, then I will rate higher.

Signature Landscapes gave me the lowest estimate to have weeds pulled and my trees trimmed, which was nice, but that was the only good thing with the company. They called me randomly said I had to pay half the price upfront (which is fine), except that they were NOT going to schedule me at that time and that I would have to wait to be scheduled. Save yourself the frustration! I've spent weeks being patient with them while only half the job was completed. Being passed off from person to person while nothing was getting done. It's clear there is a serious lack of communication in this company and they do not care about their customers. When I called the supervisor out for LYING he hung up on me. This is by far the worst interaction I've EVER had with any company.

It's been over a month since the estimate was made for the backyard of our Northwest Reno property. I've had to call back once a week for the last four to five weeks trying to find out what is going on and when the job will be done. I don't think they value small one-time projects for private residences. I'm giving them until the end of the week; if nothing is scheduled, I'm taking my business elsewhere to someone who actually wants the job!!!

I have been using Signature to take care of my yard for over 3 years now. They are simply the best. My yard looks great and I never have to worry about it. Lebo Newman and his team are professional and efficient. Tim Scott takes great care of us. I love to drive up and look at my beautiful yard and never have to lift a finger.
