Total slumlords. I live next to them and their backhard and property exterior are filthy. I don't know how anyone could live there. They care nothing about the appearance of their property.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! V.. is a terrible manager who is nothing but rude and heartless. I have had countless problems and gave her evidence of these problems and her response was "I'm sorry you feel the need to leave because of a photo"...no...I sent the photos as evidence of problems, THAT'S why I want to leave. She blows smoke up her own wazoo and pays no attention to the fact that the people she takes this attitude with are the people who are paying HARD EARNED MONEY so that they can live happily and without roaches and mice.... read more
Avoid like plague - not even a last resort. – Lived in Center City since 1985, and I've been robbed 5 times in 25 years - ONLY since living in a SIR building the last few. Their attitude about locks and security is .. casual. We briefly endured a couple of drunk sorority girls who were issued keys which opened every apt. in the building. Also Extremely Satisfied – I have read the other reviews about Signature and do not understand their negativity. I am a current tenant and am very satisfied -- by the quality, location, managment and all factors of the unit and the building.
IGNORANT, INCOMPETENT, INDIGNANT! – 0 STARS!!! Extremely Satisfied – I have read these reviews and really don't know what management company they are referring to. I have lived in Signature Investment Realty's apartments for four years and do not have one complaint. They are extremely professional and if I have a maintenance issue they are out that day or the next. All there units are beautiful and in great area's. Don't Even Bother – I guess I should have come here first. One of their agents left me out in the cold waiting for an hour when I made an appointment to see one of their Center City apartments. She never answered her phone or my e-mails asking her where she was. When I called their office a very nasty lady told me "they can't know where their agents are all the time." If you see one of their listings, run the other way!!
BOOOO! – I've been stood up by this company's agents twice when I arrange to look at Center City rentals and they don't return phone calls. Don't waste your time with these shadey people!
extremely poor experience – Avoid this company like the plague. They are unresponsive, they take extremely poor care of their buildings and are inattentive to their tenants' needs. I had a terrible experience living in a building owned and managed by Signature Investment Realty -- I advise all of my friends to avoid their properties and would never live in one of their buildings again. With the large number of rental apartments in this city, you can find much, much better.
